Customer is responsible for postage fees back to the facility. When mailing items back please email Shop@FaiyzaBeg.com, with your ORDER NUMBER, reason for return, or exchange. For exchanges please include the item you would like to exchange it for. Once the item is received back the requested exchange item will be shipped. We will reevaluate our return and exchange policy as the company progresses. Reparations from delivery will have to be evaluated and we are unable to assure this may resort to substitution of product.
